These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between the buyer and the seller – the Melodio Foundation – when purchasing goods, services or participation in events.

2. Description of services and goods
Melodio offers in particular: participation in workshops, consultations and events for people with disabilities; sale of promotional and themed items in the e-shop; advisory services in the field of social security and personal development. A detailed description of each service and goods is available on the website and in the e-shop.
3. Registration and order
Goods or services can be ordered through the e-shop on the website, by e-mail or by phone. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these GTC and the complaints policy. The seller will confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is concluded by confirmation of the order by the seller.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT, where VAT applies to the given goods or service. For services of the foundation (non-profit activities), VAT usually does not apply.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer to the foundation's account
- Payment card (online payment gateway)
- Cash on personal collection
- Donation via the Darujme.cz platform
5. Delivery of goods
Goods are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. We arrange delivery through Czech Post or Zásilkovna. Shipping costs are listed in the order before it is submitted. For orders over CZK 1,500, shipping is free.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the service contract (if the service has not yet started). For events and workshops, withdrawal is possible at the latest 7 days before the event, with a full refund. Later cancellation is possible only for serious health reasons (subject to a medical certificate).
7. Complaints
Complaints are governed by a separate complaints policy published on the website. Complaints will be handled within 30 days of their filing.
8. Intellectual property
All materials, texts, images, logos and other content published on the website and provided as part of the services are protected by copyright. Their use without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Final provisions
These GTC become effective on 1 January 2024 and replace all previous terms and conditions. Rights and obligations not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. In the event of disputes, the competent authority is a court of the Czech Republic.
